Overview

I founded a startup focused on developing school management software for the Brazilian public education sector. To gain insights, I applied SWOT analysis to the school management market.

I managed and organized a team of over 30 professional volunteers using Agile methodology. I prototyped more than 20 high-fidelity screens, designed over 200 components for the design system, and created a web/mobile version using Figma on a bi-weekly sprint model.

As a Product Manager, I worked on integrating UX research, UI design, backend, frontend, and mobile development, promoting productive discussions and fostering the talents of the participants.

HIGHLIGHTS

Creating a comprehensive school management system

A project that emerged from a conversation with a state teacher.

I created the entire project wireframe using Miro, based on extensive User research.

I studied best design practices and analyzed high-quality interfaces to ensure a functional and intuitive structure.

Since I didn't know Figma, I invited some designers to join the UI team and create an impact.

After 2 months and some intensive courses, I learned how to use Figma and joined the design team alongside with UX.

In a necessary pivot in the team's strategy, I had to take on the development of the mobile design.
